Full Time Skills Required:
Design, build, maintain and extend data models within Varicent ICM platform.
Provide team members and users with assistance solving application related problems, such as Integration of plan designs within Varicent ICM system or reporting dashboards to display plan status.
Analyze requirements, plan and design system tables/components using techniques, such as structured analysis, data modelling and information engineering.
Plan and execute appropriate testing (e.
g.
, test plans, test cases, and test scripts) to comprehensively test assigned enhancements to business applications.
Review and analyze applications, including performance results, to provide enhancement recommendations and process improvements.
Resolve complex technical problems in all areas of your assigned products by troubleshooting incidents, collecting detailed problem description, traces, and log files, and then replication of the issue.
Provide Varicent expertise related to application architecture, data model, integration, security, compliance, and analytics.
Assess Varicent current state of architecture and configuration and recommend solution design options for technical and functional system design and performance enhancements.
Provide visionary solutions to compensation modeling focused on simplification of current state architecture and no-touch automation.
Collaborate with multiple application delivery teams to provide compensation guidance for integrations and data feeds.
Deliver Varicent application solutions in accordance with application SDLC, and with data quality as a primary focus.
Participate in agile application development process, sprint planning, user story creation, story estimation, solution and technical documentation, release planning and execution.
Ensure all system changes have successfully passed regimented testing process Job Type:
