9K a year Job Description Our USME Support Service Representative will provide support through various integral processes and must have the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
An integral part of the support and service of USME locations and USME partners, the Support Service Representative will ensure timeliness, quality, and safety of all incoming and outgoing medical equipment.

Responsibilities:
Equipment Refurbishment General paint and prep duties along with buffing and small repair work on used/refurbished medical equipment.
May wear a respirator and will paint with lacquers.
Complete basic cosmetic repairs on medical equipment.
Mask off areas that don't require paint; prepare the surface to be painted and apply paint with professional-looking results.
Sand and buff acrylic covers and other parts to eliminate scratches and gouges.
Disassemble equipment.
Tag and inventory working parts removed from non-working units for later use.
Sterile Processing This role protects our customers and employees from illness and injury due to the handling of soiled or dirty equipment.
Properly clean and disinfect equipment entering the branch.
Maintain supplies necessary to clean and disinfect the equipment.
Wear appropriate protective gear such as gloves and eye protection.
Prepare disinfecting solutions according to manufacturer's recommendations.
Be familiar with the safe handling, storage of chemicals and ensure that the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for those chemicals has been reviewed.
General Responsibilities Accurate and thorough completion of paperwork and electronic data entry.
Accurately monitor and report on all incoming medical equipment for appropriate condition, quantity, and parts/accessories.
Knowledgeable or willing to learn new tasks/roles to ensure needed medical equipment is up to quality standards.
Maintain a professional attitude toward all customer contacts and company employees.
Maintain a neat appearance including wearing a company uniform.
Additional duties as assigned.
