As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and developing assisted living occupancy by conducting personalized visits to and developing partnerships with all primary referral sources, cultivating new referrals with all primary referral sources, and representing the facility in community events.
In addition, you bring the following skills:
Ensures protected health information is kept confidential Communicates ideas to improve services Participates in staff, department, and other center meetings.
Schedules and conducts face-to-face sales calls to qualified referral sources.
Develops pre-call plans and utilizes a formal sales process to obtain referrals.
Enters all sales call activity and results into CRM Demonstrates a working knowledge of the industry, served market area, and major referral sources.
Promotion/PR/Advertising strategies Participates in the planning and coordination of facility events such as seminars, where referral sources and potential residents are invited to attend Appropriately uses and incorporates collateral and promotional materials during customer interactions Education College degree preferred Experience Sales experience, a proven history of achieving goals, and a strong motivation to succeed are desirable.
Familiarity with long-term care and/or healthcare services is useful Travel required in the identified market INDHP.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
