Cell Culture- Production_North NJ
o The Cell Technology Specialist (CTS) is responsible for execution of technical work in both a production and lab environment according to established procedures or instruction.
He/she may be expected to evaluate/implement new methods, techniques, or experiments, recommend revised procedures for new applications and/or have training/reporting responsibility for entry level associates.
Cell Technology Specialist I o Have introductory level technical and scientific expertise in the area of cell culture and related processes and be capable of understanding and accurately reporting collected data and describing events to individuals responsible for technical oversight of the cell production process.
Cell Technology Specialist II The CTS II should have a foundational level of technical and scientific expertise in the area of cell culture and related processes and be capable of evaluating data and recommending/implementing solutions.
They should be fully competent in all aspects of cell production and be able to train/oversee the activities of new/existing Cell Specialist.
Cell Technology Specialist III Requirement:
o The CTS should have an exceptional level of technical and scientific expertise in the area of cell culture and related processes and be capable of independently evaluating data and implementing solutions.
They should be fully competent in all aspects of cell production and be able to train/oversee the activities of new/existing Cell Specialist who may report to them.
