Responsible for the solution, the deployment, and the L3 support of the solution in a specific area. Ensure the solution integrity, the alignment with the business requirements, and the successful deployment to Stryker. Work on solution confirmation, solution design, solution build, rollout and enhancements. Participate in the implementation of the Oracle ERP project in the specific area of competency. Provide solution, processes and application expertise and knowledge from requirements/design through to implementation. Conduct the solution confirmation activities and the fit/gap analysis, identify key gaps, and ensure that the foot print and design meets the local requirements. Ensure integration between the project team, support team, and the business community. Maintain the design model during program implementation, implement approved enhancements, and support the rollout. Ensure design fits with current requirements and future business direction. Act as communication focal point with the countries and the divisions for design and process improvement opportunities. Ensure processes consistency. Assist in facilitating change leadership interventions within process area. Ensure timely issue identification, resolution, and appropriate escalation. Participate in status review meetings and provide timely feedback to team. Communicate the functional and processes requirements to the development team by developing and maintaining design/technical documents. Perform functional and integration testing. Reduce dependency on consultants, in the application area. This position requires travel up to 20%. 40 hrs/wk.
Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree in business, information technology, computer science, communications, or information systems. Five (5) years of experience in job offered or as a business analyst. Experience must include: Systems implementation and Oracle EBS implementations experience. Expert functional knowledge of Oracle ERP: OM and Inventory modules. Oracle e-Business Implementation: Inventory, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Purchasing.
