Job Description:
Experienced Junior Service Technician is required having responsibility to provide customer support via phone or by traveling to customer sites.
Requirements:
Knowledgeable in materials such as PET, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Styrene and other common materials
Proactively develops customer relationships by making efforts to listen to and understand the customer (both internal and external); anticipates and provides solutions to customer needs; gives high priority to customer satisfaction.
Ability to promote and identify process improvements in the work environment, actively seeking to make things better.
3 to 5 years of injection molding troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of plastic processing
Ability to rebuild an injection and clamp unit
Ability to level a machine and a robot, to adjust nozzle concentricity, platen parallelism, and tie-bar stretch
Ability to promote collaboration and teamwork inside/outside the department to reach common goals; open to and solicits diverse views and opinions from others; breaks down barriers to builds consensus.
Ability to apply technical knowledge in identifying cause-effect relationships that drive to effective problem resolution.
Ability to actively partner with co-workers to provide them with pertinent information, techniques, instruction, feedback and encouragement to maximize their success on the job.
Basic knowledge of CNC machines, Citizen and Miyano helpful
1+ years of experience with CNC machines
Must be able to travel up to 10% (after first year may increase up to 40%) across the US.
Interact professionally with customers
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work independently
Demonstrate initiative
Candidates needed in: California,Illinois and New Jers
Knowledge of blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot electrical/electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems
Knowledge of injection molding processing
Knowledge and understanding of injection molding process
Ability to troubleshoot problems systematically
Knowledge of microprocessor programming
Responsibilities:
Verify system functional performance to ensure proper operations according to contract requirements and shop drawings/sequence of operations, etc.
Complete documentation of all work done, including all readings, etc
Ensure all assigned preventive maintenance tasks are completed in the time allotted and the month scheduled
Diagnose and perform repairs in a time effective manner
Keep abreast of changes and new developments in product and preventive maintenance techniques
Promote, build and maintain good customer relations
Supply information on adds or extras to appropriate Honeywell resource e.g. Site Primary tech, Service Sales Rep, Field Service Supervisor, etc.
Demonstrate system and provide training to customers as required
Participate in the preparation of job plans that cover job costs
Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks according to Honeywell policy and regulatory requirements
Participation in delivery of small service or install jobs, including but limited to, engineering, drawings, programming, documentation, installation, management of sub-contractors, start-up, testing and customer acceptance
Act as a mentor to junior technicians
Keep supervisor informed of customer requirements, systems status, and actual, potential or perceived customer problems
Supply quotes to customers on adds and extras identified or as requested
Will install, maintain, trouble shoot, and do repairs on Citizen & Miyano machines
Assist incoming customer calls troubleshoot, provide information
Provide customer support via phone or by traveling to customer sites
Repair ball screws and spindles
Test, calibrate and verify system and peripheral devices (testing to be performed according to all applicable standards and codes.
Perform system backups, install appropriate updates and patches
Update customer drawings/documentation with any configuration or model changes
Respond to and resolve Emergency Service Calls as required, in accordance with customer contract deliverables

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
