Customer Service Advisor in northern Bergen County in NJ

Salary is $45,000

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Heavy customer communications including email & telephone
  • Administrative functions including data entry
  • Answer customer service phone hotline, providing problem solving answers
  • Provide technical & repair information for the all our product lines
  • Compile data/ information for daily and monthly reporting & analysis
  • Customer Service liaison between different service facilities.
  • Maintain communications between Customer Service representatives and repair Technicians
  • Help solve problems that affect service, efficiency, and productivity

In addition to these responsibilities and tasks, there are other projects that may arise during the year. These may include, but are not limited to; Customer Care improvement, Repair tracking solutions

Required qualifications:

  • Heavy Customer Service experience
  • SAP Experience a must
  • Disciplined, organized, and detail oriented
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to maintain a fair, and consistent set of standards as they apply to work force.
  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communications -- verbal and written - Ability to pay attention to detail and create written communication
  • Computer competency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Understanding and appreciation of high quality products
  • Trustworthy and able to handle a high level of independence
  • Ability to multi task and communicate effectively with both customers and co-workers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Business, Communication, or relevant subject
  • Luxury goods customer service experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
