Job Description

Essential duties & responsibilities:

  • Create Forge world-class, production-ready applications and proof- of- concepts
  • Deliver platforms and applications with high quality, stability and integrity through precise and thorough testing / validation techniques
  • Follow accepted programming practices, standards, and regulations (e. g., data privacy, FDA regulations)
  • Create an improved experience by identifying and correcting technical problems and deficiencies
  • Collaborate in code reviews to ensure good development practices are followed.

Education & special trainings:

  • Currently working on completion of Bachelor s or Master's degree in related field or equivalent; we will only consider students who plan to be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the co-op

  • Cumulative 3. 0 GPA or above; must be the case at the date of hire and also will be verified during background check

  • Completed hardware and software design courses
  • Completed cyber security and networking courses
  • Completed web development, network programming and UNIX courses; or have relevant experience
  • Courses in AI / Neural Networks a plus

Qualifications & experience:

  • Must be permanent resident of the U. S. or U. S. citizen
  • Experience with 3D software (Unity, Ogre, or other gaming engines) or mobile development (iOS / Android) a plu
  • Experience with python and traditional AI frameworks (i. e., TensorFlow) a plus
  • Experience with version control (SVN or git preferred) a plus
  • Must have demonstrated excellent academic achievement and good communication skills.
  • Must be flexible, dependable, and capable of quickly learning new technologies.
  • Experience with Security Operations Center (SoC) dashboard design, as well as PCB HW and SW design (power, communications, processing and memory subsystems). Passion for design and technology.
  • Experience with Agile methodology a plus
  • Experience with Software as a Medical Device a plus.

Physical & mental requirements:

  • Demonstrate skill in communicating technical information to varying audiences.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
